Heart 'n Home Hospice Website

In 2017 while at Heart 'n Home, I project managed and co-designed their website. When I began, the H 'n H website was not accessible or mobile friendly. They were in negotiations with a contractor to bring the website in-house. Once in-house, I worked on it's customization in WordPress to help get it launched.
